Kapha Herbal Shampoo for strong, oily and full-bodied hair
Maharishi Ayurveda Kapha Herbal Shampoo, is specially formulated to deeply clean, invigorate and rebalance normal to oily, thick, or quickly greasy hair and scalp. It combines traditional Ayurvedic herbs, flowers and fruits with natural plant-based cleansing agents to help cleanse the hair thoroughly while maintaining softness, shine and manageability.
The formula contains amla, haritaki, bibhitaki, bhringraj, acacia, hibiscus and natural essential oils of geranium and palmarosa. It is particularly suitable for hair that tends to become oily, heavy or difficult to manage between washes.
Main benefits
- Deep Cleansing & Sebum Control: Kapha-type hair is often thick, strong, and prone to excess oil production. This formula breaks down oil buildup, thoroughly cleanses impurities, and regulates sebum output to keep hair fresh longer.
- Invigorates & Revitalises: Stimulates cutaneous scalp circulation to awaken sluggish hair follicles, helping to boost natural volume, body, and lightness without weighing strands down.
- Purifying Botanical Blend: Enriched with key Ayurvedic herbs – such as Amla (Indian Gooseberry), Shikakai, and Belleric Myrobalan (Bibhitaki) – to strengthen hair roots, restore shine, and prevent scalp heaviness.
- Mild Plant-Derived Surfactants: Cleanses effectively using gentle, coconut- and sugar-derived cleansing agents that remove excess oils without over-stripping or drying out the scalp.
- Refreshing Essential Aromatherapy: Infused with 100% pure natural essential oils of geranium and patchouli, offering a fresh, uplifting fragrance that boosts energy and mental clarity while washing.
- Certified Natural Standard: Certified natural cosmetic (BDIH/COSMOS Natural), vegan-friendly, and free from synthetic sulfates (SLS/SLES), silicones, parabens, and artificial fragrances.
