Helps balance appetite and fat metabolism
Meda I (MA1006), also known as Be Trim 1, is an Ayurvedic supplement designed to support healthy weight management by addressing the “Medas Dhatu” (fat tissue) and the metabolic fire (“Agni”). It focuses on balancing the body’s internal chemistry to prevent the accumulation of toxins (Ama) that can lead to weight gain.
While Meda II (MA1007) is for those who have a strong, sharp appetite but struggle with weight management or “toxic” fat accumulation, Meda I (MA1006) is for those with a slow, sluggish metabolism,
Main benefits
- Supports healthy fat metabolism: It helps the body process dietary fats more efficiently, preventing them from being stored excessively in the tissues.
- Curbs cravings: By balancing the appetite and stabilising “Agni” (digestive fire), it helps reduce the urge for emotional eating or snacking on sweets and heavy foods.
- Reduces “Ama” (toxins): In Ayurveda, weight gain is often seen as a buildup of impurities. This formula helps flush out these toxins, which can otherwise “clog” the metabolic channels.
- Enhances nutrient absorption: It ensures that the food you eat is converted into energy and healthy tissues rather than waste or fat.
- Maintains energy levels: Because it works on the metabolism naturally, it avoids the “crash” associated with many diet products, helping you feel lighter yet energetic.
Main ingredients & actions
Each 120-tablet bottle contains a sophisticated blend of herbs known for their “scraping” (Lekhaniya) properties—meaning they help clear away excess fat and congestion:
- Guggul (Commiphora mukul): The powerhouse of the formula; it is traditionally used in Ayurveda to support healthy cholesterol levels and “scrape” fat from the cells.
- Shilajit: A mineral-rich resin that enhances metabolism and ensures nutrients reach the deep tissues.
- Trikatu (Ginger, Black Pepper, Long Pepper): A classic trio that ignites the digestive fire, helping to burn off calories and clear sluggishness.
- Triphala: A combination of three fruits (Amalaki, Bibhitaki, Haritaki) that ensures regular elimination and detoxification of the digestive tract.
- Musta (Cyperus rotundus): Helps balance the appetite and supports the liver in processing fats.
Meda I vs. Meda II: Which is right?
- Choose Meda I (MA1006): If you have a slow metabolism, gain weight easily even when eating little, feel heavy/lethargic, and have a “dull” appetite.
- Choose Meda II (MA1007): If you have a sharp appetite, feel lightheaded if you skip a meal, tend toward acidity or irritability, but still can’t seem to lose weight.
