A light and fruity organic breakfast
Begin the day with a warm and colourful bowl of Classic Ayurveda Multigrain Porridge Fruity, Pitta. This organic breakfast blend combines millet, rice and quinoa flakes with naturally sweet grapes, mulberries, dates, cranberries, pomegranate and raspberries.
Created with Pitta-balancing qualities in mind, the porridge is enhanced with hibiscus flowers, rose petals and a carefully balanced mixture of aromatic Ayurvedic spices. It contains no added sugar and can be prepared in approximately five minutes for a light, satisfying and naturally fruity breakfast.
Main benefits
- Created for Pitta balance: Sweet fruits, floral ingredients and gently aromatic spices have been selected to complement the needs of the active and dynamic Pitta type.

- Nutritious multigrain blend: Millet, rice and quinoa flakes provide a varied cereal base with a pleasant texture and naturally mild flavour.
- Rich selection of fruits and berries: Grapes, mulberries, dates, cranberries, pomegranate and raspberries give the porridge its naturally fruity taste.

- With flowers and Ayurvedic spices: Hibiscus flowers and rose petals are combined with coriander, fennel, aniseed, cardamom, pippali and black pepper.
- Quick and convenient: One serving takes approximately five minutes to cook, making it a practical choice for busy mornings.
- Certified organic: The ingredients are sourced from certified organic agriculture, and the porridge is suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets.
Key ingredients and their actions
- Millet flakes: Millet forms part of the light multigrain base and contributes a pleasantly mild flavour and soft texture when cooked.
- Rice flakes: Rice flakes cook readily and help create the smooth, comforting consistency of the finished porridge.
- Quinoa flakes: Quinoa adds variety to the cereal blend and provides naturally occurring plant protein and fibre.
- Grapes: Dried grapes provide natural sweetness and a soft fruitiness that complements the grains and spices.
- Mulberries: Mulberries offer a mellow, naturally sweet flavour and contribute to the porridge’s varied fruit content.
- Dates: Dates provide natural sweetness and richness without the need for added sugar.
- Cranberries: Cranberries give the mixture a pleasantly fruity and gently tart character.
- Pomegranate: Pomegranate adds a distinctive fruit flavour and is traditionally valued in Ayurveda as a refreshing ingredient.
- Hibiscus flowers: Hibiscus contributes a light floral and fruity note that blends particularly well with berries and pomegranate.
- Coriander seeds: Coriander has a fresh, gently aromatic flavour and is traditionally used in Pitta-balancing cuisine.
- Raspberries: Raspberries add a familiar berry flavour and complement the cranberries, grapes and mulberries.
- Fennel: Fennel provides a naturally sweet, softly aromatic flavour and is traditionally appreciated after meals.
- Aniseed: Aniseed gives the porridge a gentle sweetness and a distinctive aromatic note.
- Rose petals: Rose petals add a delicate floral character and are traditionally associated with cooling and harmonising Pitta qualities.
- Cardamom: Cardamom supplies a sweet, fragrant aroma and helps balance the richer sweetness of the dried fruits.
- Pippali: Also known as long pepper, pippali contributes subtle warmth and is traditionally used in Ayurvedic food preparations.
- Black pepper: Black pepper provides a small amount of gentle pungency to complete the spice blend.
