A nourishing Ayurvedic head and hair oil
Vaidyaratnam Neelibringadi Kera Thailam is a traditional Ayurvedic coconut-based head and hair oil formulated to nourish the scalp and maintain strong, healthy-looking hair. It combines Neelini, Bhringaraja, Amalaki and Indravalli with Yashtimadhu and other classical ingredients in a rich coconut-oil base processed with several traditional milks.
Particularly valued in Ayurveda for regular scalp and hair care, Neelibringadi Kera Thailam is traditionally used where hair feels weak, dry or lacking in vitality. Gentle scalp massage with the oil also provides a cooling, relaxing ritual while conditioning the hair and helping it feel softer, smoother and more manageable.
Main benefits
- Supports Strong, Healthy-Looking Hair: Bhringaraja, Neelini and Amalaki are among Ayurveda’s best-known traditional herbs for maintaining the strength and appearance of the hair.
- Nourishes the Scalp: The coconut-oil base coats and conditions the scalp, helping to relieve the feeling of dryness and providing an excellent medium for gentle scalp massage.
- Promotes Hair Growth & Regrowth: Stimulates dormant hair follicles, strengthens the hair roots, and helps manage localised hair thinning or premature hair loss.
- Prevents Premature Greying: Key ingredients like Neeli (Indigo) and Bhringraj help maintain natural dark pigmentation and prevent early greying.
- Controls Dandruff & Scalp Infections: Possesses natural antimicrobial and anti-fungal properties that reduce dandruff, soothe itchiness, and prevent scalp infections.
- Reduces Hair Breakage & Split Ends: Deeply conditions and moisturises hair strands, making brittle or dry hair soft, smooth, and more resilient to damage.
- Cooling & Calming Effect: Offers a soothing, cooling sensation on the scalp, which can help ease tension and mild stress-related headaches.
