Prana Rasayana tablets (Breathe Easy) MA1405, 20 tabs | Supports throat, respiratory tract & lungs

Supports the throat, respiratory tract & lungs

Prana Rasayana tablets (MA1405), often known as Breathe Easy, is a specialised herbal formula designed to support the “Prana Vata” (the life force governing the head and chest) and “Udana Vata” (governing the throat and lungs).

It is specifically crafted to strengthen the respiratory system and maintain clear, healthy airways throughout the year.

Main benefits

• Respiratory support: It helps maintain the integrity of the lungs and bronchial tubes, promoting effortless breathing.
• Clears congestion: Acts as a gentle expectorant to help the body clear excess mucus and “Kapha” (phlegm) from the chest and sinuses.
• Strengthens immunity: Enhances the natural defence mechanisms of the respiratory tract against environmental pollutants, allergens, and seasonal changes.
• Soothes the throat: Provides relief for occasional throat irritation and supports the vocal cords.
• Balances “Prana”: In Ayurveda, “Prana” is the vital breath. This formula ensures that the flow of oxygen is unobstructed, which in turn supports overall energy levels and mental clarity.
• Bioavailable formulation: Like all Maharishi Rasayanas, it uses a complex blend of herbs to ensure that the active ingredients reach the deep tissues of the respiratory system.

Key ingredients add their actions

The effectiveness of Prana Rasayana tablets (MA1405) lies in its traditional Ayurvedic “Synergy,” where herbs are combined to balance one another:

• Holy Basil (Tulsi): Known for its anti-viral properties and ability to clear the lungs.
• Yashtimadhu (Liquorice): Soothes the mucous membranes and acts as a natural demulcent.
• Ginger & Pippali: Provide “warmth” to burn away toxins (Ama) and improve circulation in the chest.
• Abhrak Bhasma: A mineral preparation used traditionally to rejuvenate the lungs and treat chronic respiratory weakness.
• Adhatoda Vasica: A powerful herb specifically used in Ayurveda to dilate the bronchioles.

How to use

• Dose for adults: 1–2 tablets, twice daily with warm water.
• Timing: For best results, take it after meals.

Who should use it?

Prana Rasayana tablets (MA1405) is ideal for:

• Those prone to seasonal respiratory discomfort or allergies.
• Individuals living in high-pollution urban environments.
• People who experience a “heavy” chest or frequent congestion during cold/flu season.
• Speakers or singers who need to maintain throat health.

A note on breathing difficulties

In Ayurveda, respiratory health is closely tied to digestion. If you find you are constantly congested, it is often recommended to avoid cold drinks and heavy dairy while taking Prana Rasayana tablets (MA1405) to allow the herbs to work more effectively.
