How to use

• As a day or night cream: After cleansing, apply a small amount to slightly damp skin or after using Maharishi Ayurveda Skin Tonic or Aloe Vera Gel. Massage gently into the face and neck morning and evening.
• As a facial mask: Apply an even layer, avoiding the eyes and mouth. Leave for 10–20 minutes before removing any excess with a cotton pad or gently massaging the remaining cream into the skin.
